Clothing, footwear and accessories: 10 days. Watches, sarees, sunglasses, jewellery: 7 days. Electronics and beauty: not returnable.

Counts the first day as day 1, so the date shown is the safe, earliest reading. Your receipt and AJIO’s terms decide.

Festive sales
AJIO’s policy says separate rules may apply on certain select days; no festive extension is stated.
How to start a return
Go to My Account → the order → Return/Exchange to get a Return ID. Tags, packaging, invoice and accessories must be intact, and the item unused and unwashed.
Refunds
7–10 business days after the return is received and checked, to your original payment method or AJIO Wallet. Cash-on-delivery orders go to the wallet or a bank account.
Fees
Shipping and convenience fees are not refunded. Accounts with many returns may be charged a convenience fee on future orders.
- Wrong size? Ask for an exchange, not a return. Ordering the wrong model or colour isn’t accepted as a reason.
