How to start a return
Bring the original invoice to the store’s Exchanges & returns desk. For online orders, contact IKEA support with photos and the invoice to arrange a pickup.
Refunds
In store, a refund card is issued immediately, or the money goes back to your original payment method within 21 business days.
Fees
Home pickup carries a nominal charge; IKEA tells you the cost before pickup. Opened items must be taken apart and packed first.
- At IKEA Pacific Mall (Delhi) and Saket Express, larger furniture can’t be returned in store; book a pickup.
