Counts the first day as day 1, so the date shown is the safe, earliest reading. Your receipt and Flipkart’s terms decide.

Flipkart’s policy does not mention any extension for Big Billion Days or other sales.
How to start a return
Start from My Orders or the Help Center. At pickup the IMEI or serial number must match, the MRP tag must be intact, and every accessory and freebie must be in the box. Phones and laptops must be reset with screen lock and iCloud lock removed.
Refunds
If the seller cannot replace the item, you get a refund, paid after the seller receives the item back. Missing accessories may be settled with an e-gift voucher.
Fees
No return fee is stated.
- With open-box delivery, check the item at the door. Once you accept it, only manufacturing defects can be returned.
- Don’t unbox anything that needs installation. Let Flipkart’s or the brand’s authorised installer open it.
