How to start a return
In the app: Orders → the item → Return, then give a reason.
Refunds
Online payments go back to the original source; cash-on-delivery orders to a bank account. About 7–10 business days after the return is approved (WareIQ).
Fees
Meesho’s seller site says the seller pays return shipping.
- Take photos or a video of any damage, and keep the original packaging and all tags until you’re sure.
