JioMart’s policy also lists electronics as non-returnable in an annexure, so treat electronics returns as damage or defect only.

How to start a return
Go to Orders → Help → log a complaint. The option only shows while the window is open. JioMart may ask for photos or a short video.
Refunds
Prepaid orders go back to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders go to your JioMart Wallet (sold by Reliance) or to your bank account or UPI (other sellers). No cash refunds. The page gives two timings: 1 business day after verification, and up to 15 working days.

None stated.
- Check the tamper-proof seal before you accept the delivery. Accepting a damaged package can weaken a damage claim.
- Items from “Local Shops” can’t be returned.
