Croma’s policy does not mention any festive-season extension.
How to start a return
Keep the invoice, the brand box with MRP tag intact, the manual, the warranty card and all accessories. For TVs, audio and most appliances, contact Croma support (phone or email on Croma’s page).
Refunds
Processed within 2 working days of Croma receiving the product; 5 to 7 working days overall, depending on how you paid.

- For TVs and audio, let Croma’s installer open the box. If it doesn’t work at installation, ask the technician for a job sheet.
- Collecting from a store? Check the item before you leave. Damage claims after handover are not accepted.
