How to start a return
Go to My Orders and create a return; each item gets a Return ID. Pickup is offered only in selected PIN codes; elsewhere you ship it yourself and the shipping is reimbursed against a courier receipt. Keep the item unused with tags and the seal tag intact.
Refunds
Starts at pickup (or after a quality check if you shipped it). Myntra Credit about 2 hours; UPI and wallets about 1 day; cards about 5 days; net banking about 7 days.
Fees
The cash-on-delivery fee is not refunded. Cashback can be taken back if a partial return breaks an offer’s minimum.
- Items in the same cart can have different windows. Check each product page.
- With Open Box Delivery, check the parcel at the door. Once accepted, you can’t later claim it was wrong or damaged.
Never miss a return or replacement window again
My Warranty Safe keeps every return window and warranty in one list and counts them down. Free on iPhone and the web. No account, no ads. On an iPhone set to India, it suggests the usual window for stores like Flipkart and Croma, and says when a store usually offers a replacement rather than a refund.
