Holiday returns
Not announced yet for 2026. Last year, orders from 1 November to 31 December 2025 could be returned until 31 January 2026 (Apple products until 15 January).
No receipt?
Not needed. Start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account.
Refunds
To your original payment method, or as Amazon gift card balance. Gift card balance arrives within hours; credit cards take about 3–5 business days and debit or bank accounts up to 10.
Fees
Return shipping is usually free, but some items (for example heavy or oversized ones) can be charged for it. Opened software, video games and some collectibles may not be refunded at all, and items returned damaged or late can lose part of the refund.
- Return bundles complete. Amazon does not give partial refunds on bundles.
- Returning a gift? Amazon has a separate gift-return flow that uses the order number on the packing slip.
