Not announced yet for 2026. Last year, items bought 31 October – 31 December 2025 could be returned until 15 January 2026.
No receipt?
Staff may find the purchase by your account, card or ID, but the return can be limited or refused, and the refund is likely to be store credit.
Refunds
To your original payment method when you have proof of purchase.
Fees
$45 on opened activatable devices. 15% on opened drones, cameras and lenses, camcorders, projectors and screens, some e-mobility and wellness items, and special orders.
- Laptops and game consoles are not on the restocking-fee list.
- Mail returns use a prepaid label from your Best Buy account.
