Holiday returns
Not announced yet for 2026. Last year, items bought 12 November – 25 December 2025 could be returned until 8 January 2026.
No receipt?
A receipt is required. With a gift receipt you get an Apple Gift Card.
Refunds
To your original payment method. Card refunds are sent within about 5 business days of Apple receiving the item. In-store cash refunds over $750 are mailed as a check.
Fees
None listed.
- If Apple lowers the price within 14 days, you can ask for the difference (not for limited-time sales such as Black Friday).
- Turn off Find My before returning a device, or Apple may refuse it.
- Items bought from other stores go back to those stores, not to Apple.
