Holiday returns
No 2026 holiday extension had been posted when we checked. Last year HomeGoods let purchases made 5 Oct – 24 Dec 2025 come back until 24 Jan 2026, so check again in November.
No receipt?
You get a non-transferable merchandise credit. Bring a government-issued photo ID, and give your name, address and signature. The name on the credit must match your ID when you use it, and these credits can’t be used online.
Refunds
You get money back only for returns within 30 days with a register receipt. Other accepted returns, including gift-receipt returns, get store credit.
- Items must be in original condition: not washed, worn, damaged or altered, with hangtags and packaging where possible.
- A refund verification system may limit or decline a return, and a signature may be asked for.
