No 2026 holiday extension had been posted when we checked.
No receipt?
Members’ purchases are on file, so a member can usually return without the paper receipt. Non-members should keep the receipt or order email.

REI has said it stops taking returns from a small number of members it flags for repeated abuse of the policy. Returned items also reduce your member reward.
