Holiday returns
Nordstrom: not needed. Nordstrom Rack, announced for 2026: items bought 5 October – 24 December 2026 can be returned until 18 January 2027, or 40 days after purchase if later.
No receipt?
Without one, Nordstrom may ask for ID and refund as a Nordstrom gift card at the current price.
Refunds
To your original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded.
Fees
Free returns in store and by mail. Nordstrom Rack takes $9.95 off for each prepaid mail label.
