Announced for 2026: most items bought 4 October – 30 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. Sephora at Kohl’s: bought 30 October – 30 December 2026, same deadline.
No receipt?
Staff can find it by order number, Kohl’s Rewards, or your card. Otherwise you get merchandise credit at the lowest price of the past 13 weeks.
Refunds
To your original payment method; about 7 days in store, 7–10 days by mail.
Fees
Mail returns are at your own cost. Freight items: 15% restocking unless defective.
- Kohl’s Cash earned on the purchase can be reduced or cancelled when you return it.
