Holiday returns
No extension. Christmas and Halloween items must come back on or before the holiday.
No receipt?
Proof of purchase is required. It can be the receipt, order number, the card you paid with, your phone number, or your MyLowe’s account.
Refunds
To your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.
Fees
Special orders returned or cancelled after 72 hours: 20% restocking fee. Delivery and installation are not refunded.
- Whole-house generators, “as is” items and gift cards cannot be returned.
