Holiday returns
Announced for 2026: items bought 5 October – 31 December 2026 can be returned until 31 January 2027. Not Last Act items; Dyson and Mac Duggal keep 30 days.
No receipt?
Macy’s may find the purchase through your account. Without proof of purchase you get store credit at the lowest price of the past 90 days. Gift-receipt returns get store credit.

Fees
In-store returns are free. Mail returns are free for Star Rewards members (free to join); otherwise $9.99 is taken off the refund.
- Items from marketplace sellers go back to the seller, not the store.
