When is my last day?
Counts the first day as day 1, so the date shown is the safe, earliest reading. Your receipt and Zara’s terms decide.

Holiday returns
No 2026 holiday extension appears on Zara’s US help pages.
No receipt?
Store returns need your receipt or your Zara QR code. Drop-off returns of online orders need no receipt. With a gift receipt, you get a Zara gift card, and Zara gift cards don’t expire.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. Zara processes a mailed return within 72 hours of receiving it, and the money arrives within 14 days, depending on your bank.
Fees
Returns in a Zara store are free. Returns at a drop-off point cost $4.95 per return, taken out of your refund.
- Items must be in original condition with all labels attached.
- Return items in the country where you bought them.
